Your personal information is collected when you avail Services by making a booking from our website by completing the online Registration Process on our website. COLLECTION, USE AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
DATA COLLECTED DURING USE OF OUR SERVICES
This data collection is limited to Employees, Partners and Contractors of the Company. This data is used to track medical specimen, field force management and task assignment when the MolQ app is used.
- Location data: Company collects this data when the MolQ app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen) of their mobile device. We collect precise or approximate location data from service executives’ mobile devices. App collects this data from the time a service executive taps “Start” to the time “Stop” is pressed, and any time the app is running in the foreground of their mobile device. We use this data to enhance use of our apps, including to improve pick-up locations, monitor medical specimen, distance travelled and prevent and detect fraud.
- Usage data: We collect data about how users interact with our services. This includes data such as access dates and times, app features or pages viewed and app crashes.
- Device data: We may collect data about the devices used to access our services, including the hardware models, device IP address, operating systems and versions, software, preferred languages, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, device motion data, and mobile network data.
CORRECTNESS OF INFORMATION
By providing the Company with your personal information and data, you guarantee the veracity of the same and accept that the Company may periodically request the review and update of personal information and data that you keep.
On this Website, you can find information that may be useful in order to learn about the services offered by the Company. In this sense, the Company will only request you and, therefore, will process the necessary information and data to provide you with the services you contracted or to be able to initiate and maintain a commercial and/or contractual relationship with you.
