We, MolQ Laboratory, are located at Plot No. 28-29, Udyog Vihar, Sector – 18, Gurgaon – 122015, India, hereinafter referred to as “MolQ.” At MolQ, we value your trust and respect your privacy. By downloading and using the MolQ application, website, or patient portal (www.molq.in), you consent to the use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not use the MolQ application or website. This Privacy Policy applies uniformly to the MolQ application.

MolQ will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your email address or mobile number for unsolicited emails or SMS. Any emails or SMS sent by MolQ will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Periodically, we may disclose general statistical information about MolQ and its users, such as the number of visitors and the types of services availed by our customers. We reserve the right to disclose your personal information to any third party that makes a legally compliant request for its disclosure.

The MolQ application obtains two types of information:

- Transaction-related information, such as when you book a test, respond to offers, or download or use applications from us.

- The application may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to the type of mobile device you use, the mobile operating system, and the type of mobile internet browser you use.
- The application may collect and use precise information about the location of your mobile device.

“Personal Information” includes all information that can be linked to a specific individual or used to identify any individual, such as name, address, mailing address, telephone number, email ID, credit card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, information about your mobile phone, and any details voluntarily provided by the user in connection with availing any of the services at MolQ.

We use personal information to provide you with services and products you explicitly requested, resolve disputes, troubleshoot concerns, help promote safe services, collect payments, measure consumer interest in our services, inform you about offers, products, services, updates, customize your experience, detect and protect against error, fraud, and other criminal activity, enforce our terms and conditions, etc. We also use your contact information to send you offers based on your previous orders and interests. We may occasionally ask for your feedback through online surveys. These surveys may request contact information and demographic information (such as zip code, age, gender, etc.). We use this data to customize your experience at MolQ. MolQ will also use the usage information collected via measuring and analytic tools to improve the app in future updates. The app connects to various social networks (like Facebook, Google+, etc.) to allow you to promote the app. Your payment is processed by our payment partners, and the sensitivity of your payment information can be addressed by contacting the respective payment service providers. You are allowed to access, amend, and edit your personal information.
Disclosure of Information
We may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.

MolQ reserves the right to contact you for direct marketing messages through SMS, email, phone calls, or notifications through the app.

MolQ reserves the right to retain user-provided and automatically collected data for as long as you use the application and indefinitely thereafter.

MolQ is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We have stringent security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our control. However, please be aware that no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

Consent
By using the application and/or providing your information, you consent to the collection and use of the information you disclose in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including but not limited to your consent for sharing your information as per this policy. We are required to make an automated IVR or a manual verification call to the customer for every Cash on Arrival (COA) order placed. You will receive this verification call even if your number is registered for the Do Not Disturb (DND) option.
