Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Refund Policy
“Refund” refers to the process of returning the payment for a test ordered through the MolQ portal by the consumer. The following circumstances may warrant a refund:
- The test provided does not match the order placed.
- Incorrect orders by the customer do not qualify for a refund.
- Refund requests due to changes in prescription are not eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Process
In the aforementioned cases, if the claim is deemed valid, the refund will be processed as follows:
- For refund requests, please visit www.molq.in and contact us between 10 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
- The MolQ customer care team will verify the claim within 3 business days of receiving the complaint.
- Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, MolQ will initiate the refund process.
- The refund will be completed within 7 to 14 days from the date the claim is made.
- Orders placed through an online wallet will be credited back to the wallet.
- Orders placed through Cash on Collection will be refunded via fund transfer to the customer’s bank account.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellation
- Customers may cancel their order up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup.
Note: There may be certain tests that our partners are unable to fulfill, resulting in a necessary cancellation. Reasons for such cancellations may include non-availability of the test or inaccuracies in pricing information specified by our partners.
- MolQ reserves the right to cancel any orders classified as “Bulk Orders” based on the following criteria, which are not exhaustive:
- Tests ordered are not for self-consumption.
- Multiple orders for the same test at the same address.
- Bulk quantity of the same test ordered.
- Invalid address provided in the order details.
- Any malpractice used to place the order.
No cancellation charges will be applied for cancellations made under this policy.
