Our Privilege Health program gives access to a world of benefits. Each time the members use any of our services, points are credited to the assigned Privilege Health Card. These points can be redeemed at selected Company owned centers, against the net bill*. As a Privileged Customer one also gets Free Home Collection on a bill value* of 1000/- or above. Each time the members use any of our services, points are credited to the assigned Privilege Health Card. They can collect these points and redeem them later at selected Company owned centers against your net bill. Being a Privileged Customer, you can also get Free Home Collection on a bill value of 1000/- or above.

• The Primary Card Holder and family members who are part of the Privilege Program will be entitled to Free Home Collection on a bill value of 1000 or above
• Customers are eligible for membership on purchase of products worth 1000. Or they can pay 100 for this membership
• From day one this card will have 50 points as a reward from MolQ Laboratory Pvt. Ltd.
• It’s a Family Health Card (valid for 6 members including 1 Primary Card Holder) where immediate dependents (within the strict limits of selected Company owned centers) of the customer will get registered for further benefits
• A Privilege Health Card Holder can start accumulating points on that card with every purchase and will be awarded 5 points for every 100 Rs spent as part of the net bill as loyalty points
• 1 point is equal to Rs 1. Privilege Card Holder can redeem points after accumulating at least 250 points
• All points can be redeemed on a single purchase. But no point will be awarded on redemption transaction
• Points can be accumulated at any MolQ Laboratory Pvt. Ltd. company owned outlet
• Points redemption should be done within 6 months from the last transaction at the same Lab at which the card holder is enrolled- Windows Mobile is not required

• 50 points automatically get credited to the privilege account upon issuance of the card
• Points will not be credited on discounted rates
• Points will be credited on Walk-ins and Home Collection transactions on the net bill amount
• 5 points on every Rs 100 spent as a part of the net bill will be credited to the privilege account. For example: If your bill amount is Rs 1500 the points credited in your privilege account will be 75
• Points accumulated can be checked on www.molq.in
• Points will be credited only on test value (Home Collection charges + Transportation charges are not considered in point accumulation)
• The card number (8 digit number on the front of the card) must be specified during billing for points accumulation
• Points will not be accumulated on the transaction in which the Privilege Health Card Holder is availing of points redemption

Redemption of Points

• Points can be redeemed only on Walk-ins (at selected Company owned centers) on net amount
• Points cannot be redeemed on Home Collection or Transportation charges and must be redeemed on net test value
• To redeem any amount the card holder must have a minimum of 250 points in the privilege account
• For redemption, the Privilege Health Card must be presented at the time of billing or if the card is not with the member at the time of redemption, he/she needs to present the card number and ID proof to validate his/her identity
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash
• Redemption amount cannot exceed the bill amount

• The card is valid till the date printed on the card
• Point based Program applicable at MolQ Laboratory Pvt. Ltd. company owned outlets only
• Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash
• MolQ Laboratory Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend or terminate the Program at any time without assigning any reason thereof
• Any additional schemes and promotions will be governed as per their respective terms and conditions
  These terms are in addition to the Privilege Member Card terms already applicable and accessible on www.molq.in
• In case of loss of the card, a new card will be issued & points will be awarded as per the old card details
• MolQ Laboratory Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to decline/amend/ change/alter/revoke/suspend/withdraw or terminate the membership, introduce any contests/schemes/ rewards/prizes/ lucky draw/coupons to any applicant without assigning any reason whatsoever
• The usage of this card confirms that the member has read and understood and has further agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions as amended from time to time
